Food is a huge part of any event – whether you’re hanging out on a Friday night with a couple friends and their kids or if you’re hosting a holiday dinner with all of you extended family. Food brings people together.
I’ll admit, I have several favorite dishes that are all about comfort and we don’t worry about any of the calories. But when the days start getting longer and the sun starts shining a bit more, I like to change up meals and desserts with some lighter options. I mean let’s be honest, we’re all trying to fit into a swimsuit again this year 😉
I put these Raspberry Yogurt Tarts together for a small gathering we were hosting and they were a huge hit! They are quick and easy to make and light on the stomach.
Rinse your raspberries in water.
Spoon yogurt into piping bag or Ziploc bag and snip off one corner.Pipe yogurt into phyllo shells.
Top each tart with a raspberry and serve!!
