These cinnamon sugar pretzels create the perfect combination of a salty and sweet treat! Perfect for the holidays or anytime you need a treat!
The holidays are fast approaching and these Cinnamon Sugar Pretzels need to be on your baking list! They’re going to quickly become a favorite that is requested every year.
Here’s what you need to make you own Cinnamon Sugar Pretzels:
- 1- 16 oz bag of mini pretzels
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil or butter
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 cup white chocolate chips or white almond bark
In a large mixing bowl mix the sugar and cinnamon.
Remove ½ cup of the cinnamon sugar mixture and set aside.
In the large bowl, add vegetable oil and mix.
Add the bag of mini pretzels and stir until well coated.
Microwave the pretzels on high for 1 minute.
Stir, and then microwave for 45 seconds more.
Add the remaining cinnamon sugar mixture and stir very well.
Spread the pretzels out on two cookie sheets, lined with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, microwave the white chocolate chips in 30 second intervals, stirring well each time, until almost all the chocolate is melted.
Do not overheat, or the chocolate will separate.
Drizzle the white chocolate over the pretzels.
Let cool and enjoy!
