S’mores are a favorite with almost anyone and with this treat you can have a S’mores Parfait anytime, even without a bonfire!
This recipe is very versatile. You can use different sized cups and amounts of ingredients to suit your liking. You can even double the recipe and make one large parfait!
In a medium/large mixing bowl, combine chocolate pudding mix and milk.
Use an electric mixer on medium speed and beat for 2 minutes.
Place in fridge for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, crush graham crackers and break pieces to top parfaits with.
Break or cut pieces of Hershey’s bar, if using.
Scoop about 3 tablespoons of chocolate pudding into the bottom of a cup.
Add a layer of graham crackers, about 3 tablespoons.
Scoop another 3 tablespoons of chocolate pudding on the graham crackers.
Add about ¼ C of whipped topping.
Top with a ¼ C of mini marshmallows.
Toast the marshmallows with a kitchen torch.
