This easy and delicious Red, White and Blue 4th of July Salsa is going to be the perfect addition to all of your summertime gatherings!
Fresh fruit is something that I LOVE having in the summer and being able to make unique dishes every now and then makes it a little more exciting. This recipe calls for strawberries, but I think it would be absolutely delicious if you replaced those with watermelons.
Wash strawberries and blueberries. Cut tops off strawberries. Diced the strawberries. Place in medium bowl.
Add in blueberries and pearl mozzarella balls. I like to pinch the balls in halves to make it smaller then add them.
Chop mint small and add to the bowl. Toss well and keep in fridge until ready to serve.
Are you a fan of mint? I am not a big fan of mint, but this 4th of July Salsa has just the right amount.
This Red, White and Blue 4th of July Salsa is going to be the simplest and quickest dish you’re going to make that is packed full of flavor and good for you!
