This quick and easy Pumpkin Cheesecake Dip is perfect no matter if it’s fall or winter. It’s the perfect dip for all your sweet or salty snacks!
What would Fall be without everything pumpkin? I didn’t use to be a fan of anything pumpkin, but now I can’t get enough of it all.
This easy Pumpkin Cheesecake Dip requires only four ingredients and makes approximately 3 cups.
In a large mixing bowl, combine pudding mix and pumpkin pie spice. Stir to combine with a rubber spatula.
Add canned pumpkin. Using a handmixer, beat on medium speed for 30-45 seconds until combined. Scrape down sides and bottom of bowl with the rubber spatula to assure everything is mixed together.
Add whipped topping and beat on low until completely combined.
Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour to overnight.
Serve with cookies, crackers, pretzels or fruit.
