No Bake Cookie Dough Bites

You can have your cookie dough and eat it too with these EASY no bake cookie bites! They’re so good you might need to make a couple batches!

I remember days of helping my mom bake in the kitchen and sneaking some cookie or brownie dough before she saw me. Like many people, cookie dough is my favorite thing! Having a no-bake cookie dough recipe is something I’ve been wanting to make for quite sometime and so I finally just made the time to get it done.

These no-bake cookie dough bites are going to become your families favorite!

Here’s what you need to make your own cookie dough bites:

• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 1 cup flour
• 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
• 1/4 sprinkles, plus topping
• 1 bag of white chocolate. Chips
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• food coloring of your choice

Now let’s get to mixing the goodness!

Combine brown sugar and butter in a medium mixing bowl until smooth.

Stir in flour, condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until uniform.

Stir in chocolate chips and sprinkles.

Evenly spread dough into an 8×8 baking dish that is lined with parchment paper.

Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

To make the topping, combine white chocolate chips and heavy cream in a pan over medium heat. Continuously stir until mixture is smooth.

Add four drops of food coloring and stir until uniform.

Pour topping over cold dough.

Then add your sprinkles!

Refrigerate one hour before cutting and serving.

Cut into bite-sized pieces – or just stick a spoon into the dish and keep it all to yourself.

I mean seriously! These no-bake cookie dough bites doesn’t just look amazing – they taste amazing!!!
