Holiday Spiced Eggnog Trifle

What food makes you think of the holidays?  For us, we always know the holidays are near when egg nog appears on store shelves.  This simple dessert is perfect for any family gathering or a simple dessert just for you!   Try it out and let me know what you think.

Spiced Eggnog Trifle

5 ounce  vanilla pudding, spice cake mix, egg nog, and milk.

Perpare spice cake mix as directed on package.  Cool and crumble into small pieces.

While the cake is baking, prepare the pudding as directed except use 2 cups of egg nog and one cup of milk.

Layer in a dish, sprinkle with nutmeg and ENJOY!!  It doesn’t get any easier than that!
