What’s better than crackers, chocolate and M&M’s? Nothing! That’s why this easy Valentine’s M&M Cracker Bark is so good.
A couple years ago we created this recipe for Christmas and since Valentine’s Day is one of my favorites, I knew that I needed to recreate it with some of my favorite candy and pink colors!
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Lay crackers out in a single layer.
Melt butter and brown sugar in a medium saucepan over medium/high heat. Bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
When the brown sugar and butter mixture is completely melted, pour over crackers, and work quickly to spread it evenly.
Bake for 12-15 minutes.
While that is baking, chop white chocolate and melt over a double boiler.
When crackers are done, remove from the oven, and spread melted chocolate over them.
Top with mini Valentine’s M&Ms and sprinkles.
Refrigerate for one hour to cool, then remove and gently break into pieces.
