  • 3 to 4 jalapenos, seeded and finely chopped, divided

Gather all of your ingredients and seed and chop the jalapeno. The seeds are where the heat is carried in jalapenos. Washing them and seeding them will remove the majority of the heat. If you want more heat, leave some of the seeds in the dish.

In a large mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, half of the chopped jalapenos, half of the pecans, cheddar cheese, half of the bacon, seasonings, and Worcestershire sauce until completely blended.

Mix the remaining jalapenos, pecans, and bacon. Set aside.

Using plastic wrap, shape the cheese mixture into a ball. Transfer to a serving plate.

Press the remaining jalapeno mixture into the sides.

Refrigerate at least one hour prior to serving.

Serve with crackers or vegetable dippers.

You’re going to want to make sure that this is at your next gathering! You’ll wonder why you never thought to add some additional flavors to your traditional cheese ball before!
