Easy and Delicious Caramel Rolo S’mores

Hearing that someone is making or having s’mores makes everyone happy!! I remember times around a campfire as a little girl and making s’mores. The ooey, gooey, goodness of this old-fashioned treat makes everyone feel like a kid again!
It’s always a party when s’mores are involved!
Making s’mores inside isn’t anything new but I’ve got a special way to make them indoors that takes them to “over-the-top” amazing!
Here’s how you can make your own Caramel Rolo S’mores!
Ingredients:
- Ritz crackers
- Rolo candies
- Large Marshmallows
That’s it!
Now it’s time to get to making these goodies!
There really isn’t any easier way to make these.
Lay out your crackers and top them with an unwrapped Rolo candy.
Using the large marshmallows, cut them in half and top the Rolo candy.
Pop these cuties into your oven on broiler mode for 1-2 minutes. Keep an eye on them because they will burn FAST!
Let me warn you – these WILL NOT last! If you have little’s or a hubby that loves sweets, you better grab one for yourself before you lay them out for the masses!
