Crunch Wrap Supreme – EASY recipe

It’s time to take the infamous Crunch Wrap Supreme and bring it home for your family! Your family is going to LOVE this Taco Bell copycat recipe.

I am not a huge Taco Bell lover (except when I was a teenager). but on the slim chance that I do go with my boys, I always get the Crunch Wrap Supreme! One evening I was trying to come up with something NEW but simple for dinner and these came to mind!

This is seriously the EASIEST meal you’re ever going to make and you’re going to be giddy about having a new alternative to add to your menu planning!

My boys LOVED them!! That smile says it all!

All you need are the simple toppings to a taco. Here’s what you need to make some of your own at home:

• Taco meat
• Refried Beans
• Large Flour Tortillas
• Corn Tortillas (you can cook these yourself or buy them already cooked)
• Shredded Cheese
• Tomatoes
• Lettuce
• Sour Cream
• Salsa

After cooking your taco meat and heating up your refried beans, you basically just build it all and wrap it up.

You want to make sure that you get the LARGE tortillas since you are wrapping it around everything. These are the two that I got.

This step it perfect for the little’s (or not so little’s anymore). Your first layer is going to be the refried beans. You’re going to want them to be the same diameter as the corn tortillas.

Next up, put some meat and cheese on the top.

Taking your flat (cooked) corn tortilla, spread a later of sour cream on it using a spatula. Place on top of meat mixture.

Top with lettuce, diced tomatoes and salsa.

At this point you can add any other ingredients you may want. Like guac? Throw some of that in there!

Wrap the flour tortilla up going around the layers holding together gently.

Lay face down in a hot pan that has about a tablespoon of oil.

After about 30-45 seconds, flip and brown the other side.

Remove to cool and serve!
