If you’re starting to feel the fall vibes, then this Crockpot Cheesy Potato Soup is going to be the perfect dish to satisfy all your soup cravings!
If you’re like me, then as soon as the weather starts to feel a little more crisp and the nights are filled with bonfires, then you are ready for soups that comfort your love of fall!
This is one of my favorite dishes to make this time of year and so I thought I would share it with you.
In a crock pot combine cheddar cheese soup, water, chicken bouillon, cream cheese, potatoes and ham.
Stir until well incorporated.
Cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Use a whisk to make sure cream cheese is melted through the soup.
Serve with grated cheese and green onion.
Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
Throw this in the crockpot on a weekend day, head out to a pumpkin patch, and you’ll come home to deliciousness that hits your belly just right.
