Chickpea Salad Jars

  • Olive oil 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice ¼ cup
  • Chickpeas 2 cans
  • Dried tomatoes ¼ cup
  • Red onion 1 pc
  • Cherry 1/3 cup
  • Artichokes 1 can
  • Parsley 1/3 cup
  • Thyme 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ground black pepper ½ tsp

Prepare all ingredients.

Cut the dried tomatoes into strips.

Cut the cherry tomatoes into 1/4 slices.

Drain and chop the artichokes.

Peel the onion and cut them into half rings.

Add the rest of your ingredients and mix everything in a bowl.

Put the servings into to your jars and serve!
