I love hummus and so creating this chickpea salad was an easy thing. If you’ve never had chickpeas, this is a great dish to try them in.
Prepare all ingredients.
Cut the dried tomatoes into strips.
Cut the cherry tomatoes into 1/4 slices.
Drain and chop the artichokes.
Peel the onion and cut them into half rings.
Add the rest of your ingredients and mix everything in a bowl.
Put the servings into to your jars and serve!
