When it comes to eating healthy, you don’t have to sacrifice flavor. These Bacon, Egg and Cheese Sliders are going to be your new favorite breakfast.
I’m not typically a huge breakfast person. I wake up and have a cup of coffee and then don’t tend to east until about 3-4 hours later and then, it’s close to lunchtime. I’ve tried to be better at fueling my body but I wanted a light breakfast. These Bacon, Egg and Cheese Sliders are the perfect breakfast. I don’t follow a Keto meal plan, but if you are, this one is perfect.
Mashed the avocado, add lemon juice, salt, pepper, cumin. Blend.
One of the things that I despise doing is peeling hard-boiled eggs. I found THIS ARTICLE that has some good hacks. I’ve tried them all and they all seem to work pretty well!
Once your eggs are peeled, cut them in half.
Put cheddar on one half of egg. Add the bacon and put 1 tsp of avocado on top.
Put the first half of the egg on the second half of the egg like a sandwich.
Add salt and pepper and ENJOY!
I love that you can prep these Bacon, Egg and Cheese Sliders ahead of time. They make a quick meal for mornings on the go. Whether I’m taking the kids to school or ready to start my day, this is the perfect fuel to get started.

I’m not a morning breakfast person either. I like hardboiled eggs. I guess if I could prepare it the night before without eggs and avocado turning colors or mushy, I would try it.
You can add the lemon juice like I shared and it will keep the avocado.
I’m not a breakfast eater either. I’ll have to give these a try. Sound yummy.
You’ll have to let me know if you like them!
