  • 3 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 stick of butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons milk, divided
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Using a hand or stand mixer, cream together 1 stick of softened butter, brown sugar, 3 tablespoons of white sugar and salt until light and fluffy.

Mix in 3 tablespoons milk and vanilla.

Mix in flour.

Fold in 3/4 cup chocolate chips and 1/2 cup of Snickers.

Take pan from fridge and press cookie dough on top of crust.

Add remaining chips and 1 tablespoon milk to a microwave safe bowl. Heat on 40% power until melted, mixing each time you take from microwave.
