With this Easy and Fun Witches Brew DIY, you’re going to be having some Halloween fun with the kids while also teaching a little science!
You have to love a project that the kids love and they have no clue that there is a little bit of science packed into it!
This Easy and Fun Witches Brew can be made for fun or as a school project.
Here’s what you need to make your own:
- ½ cup white vinegar for each color
- ¼ to 1 cup baking soda
- Food coloring, in various colors
- 1 small container – used these Candy Cauldron Kettles
In individual cups, mix food coloring with vinegar.
Add baking soda to the selected container.
Pour one color of vinegar over the baking soda and watch the eruption.
To create a more continuous eruption, stir the baking soda with a popsicle stick or spoon as more vinegar is added.
This is such a fun project to do with little’s!
