I’m all in if I can eat batter of any dessert! There’s just something about it that draws people in – and this Funfetti Cake Batter Dip recipe is going to become a favorite in your household. I would almost bet that any little kid has memories of being able to “lick the spoon” no matter what dessert was being made. Brownie batter was always my favorite next to a Funfetti cake!
This makes a large batch so it is perfect for when you are entertaining or going to a party at a friends house. I pairs perfectly with pretzels to give it that perfect kick of salt, or sandwiched between two vanilla wafers.
Ingredients:
Dump all of the ingredients into a mixing bowl, add some extra rainbow sprinkles and mix it all together!
It’s really just that simple!!
This is the perfect treat for Spring because of the bright colors of the Funfetti mix. You can sandwich a tablespoon of it between two vanilla wafers and then serve the rest in a bowl as some dip for pretzels. It makes a large batch so offering it in two different styles makes it look like you made two different dishes. Perfect in my mind when I want easy and quick!!
TIP: If you opt to not use the vanilla pudding, then I would go with the regular Funfetti Cake mix versus the angel food. It is rich enough that you don’t need to add the pudding. It gives a little bit of a different flavor while not sacrificing on taste or time.
Did you eat batter as a kid – or as an adult like I still do! This is the perfect “healthy” alternative in the sense that you don’t have raw eggs added to it.
