It’s the time of year that calls for all the comfort foods. You’re going to want this Creamy White Chicken Chili on your menu every week!
The weather is cooling off which typically means we pull out all of our stews and casseroles that make us feel warm and cozy. Every year, I try to create a new soup recipe since I don’t ever think you can have too many. That when this creation was born!
First press the garlic cloves into a medium skillet.
Next dice the chicken into ½ inch cubes. Add to the skillet.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until chicken is fully cooked.
While the chicken is cooking, dice the onion and add to chicken.
Now add garlic chicken to a large pot of dutch oven with the green chilies, beans, spices, and chicken broth.
Bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat for 2 hours.
Add sour cream and heavy cream.
Stir well, until there are no more chunks from the sour cream.
Turn heat up to medium, and cook for 10 minutes.
Serve chili topped with cheddar cheese.
It really doesn’t get much easier than this! This dish tastes like it’s been cooked for hours and it’s FULL of delicious flavor!

Decided to make myself grow as a person and made this White Chicken Chili recipe. I don’t like white bean anything normally but this was delicious and easy to make.
I’m so glad you liked it!
