Where are my chocolate and peanut butter lovers?!?! These are going to become your go-to sweet treat – PROMISE!!
Some days you need a sweet treat just to satisfy your sweet tooth and some days you need a special treat to make for a celebration! These Peanut Butter Chocolate Nilla Wafer Bites are the perfect treat for every such occasion!
I must warn you though…they won’t last long! These perfectly bite-sized treats will disappear quicker than you can make them!
Here’s what you need to make your own Peanut Butter Chocolate Nilla Wafer Bites:
- 1 (11 ounce) box Nilla Wafers
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 (11 ounce) bag Hershey’s Kisses
- 1 (8 ounce) bag milk chocolate morsels
- ½ cup rainbow sprinkles
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil or vegetable shortening, to improve chocolate consistency
Let’s get to the making!!

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place half of the Nilla Wafers in a single layer on baking sheet. Place one unwrapped Hershey’s Kiss on each cookie.

Bake for about 5 minutes or until the candy is soft but not runny.
Meanwhile, spread about ½ to 1 teaspoon of peanut butter on the other half of the cookies.

Remove baking sheet from oven and immediately press the other Nilla Wafer against the top of each to create a sandwich. Allow chocolate to set completely. Speed the process by placing the cookies in the refrigerator or freezer.

Melt chocolate in a microwave safe bowl in the microwave on high, stirring every 15 to 20 seconds until melted. Do not overheat as the chocolate will seize. If the chocolate becomes tough, you can add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil or vegetable shortening. Do not add water.
Cover each sandwich in chocolate, allowing excess to run back into the bowl. Place the cookie on waxed paper.

While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle with rainbow sprinkles.

Allow chocolate to set completely before serving. To speed the process, you can place the cookies in the refrigerator or freezer.

Once they’re ready, cut into them and devour the deliciousness!
These are the perfect treats for every holiday party – just change the rainbow sprinkles to match any holiday or season! There really is no wrong way to make these.
