Dollar Tree Holiday Mug DIY
Grab a Dollar Tree Holiday Mug and let’s transform it into a beautiful piece of holiday decor!
Dollar Tree seems to be the creator’s heaven because of the vast supply of cheap items! With these kinds of crafts, I don’t mind if they break when they’re packed up since they didn’t creak my budget.
Head to your local Dollar Tree or any dollar store and grab these supplies so you can make your own Dollar Tree Holiday Mug:
- Soup mug
- Rub on Transfers
- Floral Foam block (from the pack that has 4 in it)
- Scissors
- Copper Spray Paint
- Microfiber mop pad
- 2 packs of bottle brush trees
If you can’t find a soup mug, think outside the box with this project! Here are some other things you can spray paint and make into a vignette:
- Dessert plates
- Bowls
- Mini wooden crates
- Vases
- and SO MUCH MORE!
Spray paint soup mug with copper spray paint and let dry overnight.
Cut out and apply rub on transfers.
Cut microfiber mop pad to fit the top of the mug.
Add floral foam and add microfiber pad on top.
Add 3 bottle brush trees (I used 2 large and 1 small).
(I didn’t hot glue mine down but you could do that to make them more stable).
This Dollar Tree Holiday Mug was such an EASY project. It would make an adorable gift for a neighbor or friend!
